25 years experience in Management, Training and People Skills such as Counselling and Mediating, as well as Customer Service, and together with associates who have taught for similar periods of time, we feel that we can offer innovative courses tailor-made to suit both company and individual needs. During the many years employed in the Service Industry it was becoming increasingly apparent that whilst the industry was spending so much time training staff 'What to do' in many instances the true meaning of 'Customer Care' was becoming lost along the way.
